Source, train, and integrate new sales agents, equipping them with the necessary skills and resources for success.
Regularly evaluate sales performance and deliver constructive feedback and coaching to enhance team members' capabilities.
Nurture a collaborative and positive team culture, emphasizing teamwork, responsibility, and diligence.
Forge enduring client relationships by delivering outstanding service throughout the real estate transaction process.
Stay abreast of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor landscapes to refine sales approaches.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless support for sales endeavors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
