**Role Description**:

- As a Founder’s Office Intern you will work closely with the CEO and the Chief of Staff on a whole host of projects firm wide. This will require you to have the right attitude, constantly be on your feet and adapt quickly to new and ad hoc projects
- This will be a completely hands-on role and will require you to collect, analyse and work with large volumes of data and information, while simultaneously liaising with internal and external stakeholders

**As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will.**
- Be involved in projects across the board ranging from driving day-to-day operational improvements to employee management to strategic initiatives, investor relations and so on
- Wear multiple hats as the situation / project dictates
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Collect, analyse, derive insights and provide recommendations from large volumes of data
- Create reports for various teams to study and act on
- Carry out extensive secondary research
- Put together extremely high-quality reports, one pagers and decks

- Possess great interpersonal and communication skills
- Are highly skilled at MS-Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Have prior experience in PE/IB/VC/Management, Strategy Consulting/Founder’s Office Roles (preferred not mandatory)
- Possess prior experience in/with e-commerce and D2C brands (preferred not mandatory)

**Structure....**
- 6 Month Internship | Fulltime offer thereafter based on performance
- Stipend: INR 20,000 per month
- Based out of Indiranagar, Bangalore
- 5 days working - Hybrid Model with 3 days in office (predefined and mandatory)

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
