- As the TM/LINE INCHARGE- Frame Plant/Weld you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Weld Shop**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your Key Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To:
1. Ensure Weld Shop Production As Per Plan Achieving Pqcdms Targets By Utilising Resources In An Optimisied Way
2. Achieving Production Targets In Order To Fecilitate Smooth Production In Frame Assembly
3. Monitoring & Reviewing The Consumption Of Consumable & Rejection Control As Per Target
4. Ensuring Safe Working Condition In Shop Floor To Avoid Any Injury
5. Improving The Straight Pass To Control Rework/Rejection**A Day in the life**
- Preparation of Manpower as per planning. Maintain check on process parameters of Critical equipment. Production planning of Shift in line with PPC plan. Maintain Product and process Quality requirement. Documentation and reporting of Production**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- 1. B.Tech in mechanical Engg with 3 to 5
2. Diploma in Mechnical Engg with 5 to 9 years of relevant experience**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- 1. MS Office, SAP & Lotus notes.
2. 5S, TPM, SPC & TPS
3. Assembly line management
4. Robot Operations / SCADA System
5. Material Handling of critical / sophasticated parts
6. Safety protocols expoaue for handling of electronics parts**Behavioural Skills**
- 1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
3. Strong supervisory and leadership skills
