We are hiring for an **Customer Care Executive**
Age Criteria**:18-29 Years**
Process: Outbound process
Shift Pattern: Domestic Process (Day Shift 9:30am-6:30pm / 10am-7pm)
6 days working with 1 rotational week off
Location: Shanti Nagar and MG Road in Bangalore.
**Requirements**:
- Good command over written and verbal English and any 2 South Indian languages **(Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada) **is mandatory
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling customer queries via call
- Offering proactive assistance to customers
- Acquire and validate the information and provide it to the customers with full efficiency
- Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their need.

- Clear communication skills
- Patience
- Ability to work under pressure
