**Position: QA Manual Tester Trainee**

**Job Location: Indore Only**

**Experience: At least 6 Months**

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test objectives.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional specifications and user stories.
- Execute manual test cases to verify software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Adhere to established quality assurance processes and standards, and contribute to their continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and techniques within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in manual software testing, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- ISTQB certification or other relevant certifications (optional, but desirable).
- Experience with automated testing tools and techniques (optional, but a plus).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
