**Position: QA Tester Trainee (Manual & Automation)**

**Location**: Bhopal
**Experience**: 2-6 Months
**Training Duration**: 6 Months (with PPO Opportunity)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **manual testing** to identify functional and UI issues.
- Assist in developing and maintaining **automation test scripts**.
- Participate in **SDLC and STLC** processes to ensure quality throughout the development cycle.
- Work with the development team to **identify, document, and track bugs** using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Bugzilla).
- Perform **regression testing** and ensure timely reporting of issues.
- Prepare detailed **test reports and documentation**.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

**Required Skills & Knowledge**:

- Basic understanding of **Manual and Automation Testing concepts**.
- Familiarity with **SDLC, STLC**, and **Agile methodologies**.
- Knowledge of **bug tracking tools** (like Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla).
- Basic understanding of **automation tools** (like Selenium or Postman).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2-6 months of internship or hands-on experience in software testing will be an added advantage.
