**Job Description: Manual Tester**

**Position**: Manual Software Tester
**Location**: Ghaziabad

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Level**: [Entry-Level / Mid-Level ]

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scenarios.
- Execute manual test cases and report results accurately.
- Identify, record, and document bugs using a bug tracking tool.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure product quality.
- Perform regression, functional, UI, smoke, and sanity testing as required.
- Participate in sprint planning and product release processes.
- Ensure compliance with testing best practices and standards.
- Provide feedback on usability and performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in manual testing (or fresher with strong internship experience).
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Nice to Have (Optional)**:

- Knowledge of basic SQL queries.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to automation concepts (even if not hands-on).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
