Job Description: Manual Tester

Position: Manual Software Tester

Location: Ghaziabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: [Entry-Level / Mid-Level ]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scenarios.
  • Execute manual test cases and report results accurately.
  • Identify, record, and document bugs using a bug tracking tool.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure product quality.
  • Perform regression, functional, UI, smoke, and sanity testing as required.
  • Participate in sprint planning and product release processes.
  • Ensure compliance with testing best practices and standards.
  • Provide feedback on usability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in manual testing (or fresher with strong internship experience).
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Nice to Have (Optional):

  • Knowledge of basic SQL queries.
  • Experience testing mobile applications or web-based systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to automation concepts (even if not hands-on).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
