As an Accounts Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support the finance and accounting team in various administrative and financial tasks. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with day-to-day financial operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Location : Muthoor, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta Dist., Kerala**

**Age: Below 35**

**Salary :15000-18000**

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role or internship in accounting or finance is an advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders, delivery notes, and other supporting documents.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments.
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare journal entries and accruals.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and provide support during audits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
