Accounts In-charge

**Qualification**:

- Bacherlors or Masters degree in Commerce - CA Inter Ist or both groups cleared - Articleship with a reputed CA firm - Industry experience for atleast 2 years. - Strong knowledge on accounting softwares, MS Office and ability to pick up the HIS used in the system. - Familiarity with accounting standards, GST, TDS and Basic Audit process.
- Prepare and Maintain day to day accounting record - Vouchers, invoices, ledgers and Bank entries.
- Assist in preparing Financial Statements, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow. - Support Statutory, Internal and Tax audits including documentation and working paper preparation. - File GST, TDS and Income Tax returns under supervision.
- Reconcile Bank Statements, Vendor Statements and Inter company transaction. Maintain and Verify books of accounts in accounting software. - Support budgeting, Cost control and MIS reporting process.
- Assist with stock audits, asset tracking and compliance documentation. - coordinate with vendors, client and auditors for required data and clarifications. - Stay updated with changes in taxation and accounting regulations. - Excellent Communication, Analytical skills and ability to be a team leader.
- A fine balance between a matured and inquisitive mind. - Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines. - Willingness to work extended hours during audits or financial closings.
- Age between 30 to 40

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
