**Position - Accounts Assistant ( FEMALE CANDIDATE )**

1. **Handling Multiple Distribution Networks for Billing and Follow-Ups**
- Manage and oversee billing processes across various distribution channels.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for products/services rendered.
- Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure prompt payment and address any billing inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of billing transactions and correspondence for reference and auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve any discrepancies related to billing or distribution.

2. **Tally Entry in System**
- Perform data entry tasks to record financial transactions in the accounting system accurately.
- Ensure that all entries are completed in a timely manner to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Reconcile entries with bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in generating reports based on tally entries for financial analysis and decision-making.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies in data entries to maintain data integrity

**Aditional Considerations**
- Skills Required: Attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities.
- Performance Metrics: Accuracy of billing, timeliness of follow-ups, efficiency of data entry, and overall contribution to the organization's financial health.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
