As an Accounts Assistant your primary responsibility will be to support the finance and accounting team in various administrative and financial tasks You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records processing invoices and assisting with day-to-day financial operations This position requires strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Location Muthoor Thiruvalla Pathanamthitta Dist Kerala Age Below 30 Salary 15000-18000 Requirements A bachelor s degree in accounting finance or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar role or internship in accounting or finance is an advantage Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management abilities Effective communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Familiarity with relevant laws regulations and compliance requirements Responsibilities Reconcile invoices with purchase orders delivery notes and other supporting documents Resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Prepare journal entries and accruals Assist in the preparation of financial statements Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and provide support during audits Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
