Job Title Accounts Assistant Location Kanhagad south Company Oryx Village Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our finance department with daily accounting tasks The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers Prepare and process invoices receipts and payments Support in reconciling bank statements and accounts Maintain and organize financial documents Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Support payroll processing and vendor payments Handle petty cash and daily accounting entries Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or related field 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software e g Tally ZOHO Books QuickBooks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and time management skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of GST TDS and other statutory compliance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Salary Based on experience and qualifications Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
