Birla Open Minds is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our Teacher Training Academy team. The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving student enrollment, developing and executing marketing strategies, and fostering partnerships within the educational community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enrolling students for the Teacher Training Academy by implementing effective digital marketing strategies and by visiting the schools and colleges.
- Developing and enhancing marketing plans tailored to different services offered by the academy.
- Conceptualizing and refining existing marketing strategies to maximize outreach and engagement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with various educational institutions, colleges, and other stakeholders in the education sector.
- Coordinating with students and schools to facilitate placement opportunities post-training.
- Organizing placement drives and job fairs to connect students with potential employers.
- Conducting comprehensive marketing research and analysis to gather insights, evaluate trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitoring the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns and managing allocated budgets effectively.
- Crafting compelling and grammatically correct marketing collaterals for social media campaigns and other promotional activities.
- Ensuring the timely distribution of marketing materials to target audiences.
- Staying updated on market trends and analyzing customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools for measuring campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
