Position: Finance Controller

Years of Experience - 6 to 10 Years

Location -Bangalore

**Job Description**:

- Support Company sales team - prepare sales analysis, sales reports, sales-order status.
- File and maintain clients agreements, contract, rebates, confidentiality agreements & calculate prices and develop systems to maintain pricing files.
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly sales MIS to management.
- Create customer masters & sales masters in ERP.
- Vet the commercial terms of customer contracts & proposals.
- Detailed margin/profit analysis at product level for each customer
- Maintaining sales orders status, tracking timely delivery & GRN status of shipped products.
- Follow-up for customer collections & keeping track of vendor payments.
- Handling the logistic co-ordination & creation of relevant documentation for the shipments.
- Study & review of Internal control around key processes of financials i.e. Revenue recognition, Accruals, Procurement to capitalization, order to cash, payments, BRS etc.
- Consolidation of Balance sheet.
- Review Actual performance of the business against the Monthly/ Annual budget.
- Provide assistance in engagement with legal counsel to plan for litigation strategy for direct taxation cases.
- To help managing group Business benefits/ Fiscal health by reduction of blocked stock, DSO & cash release.
- Monitor financial performance against targets, identify variances, and take corrective actions as needed.

Key Skills:

- Qualified CA
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the same profile is required
- Preferred working experience in Indian garment Industry like buying house, Export house or Garment manufacturing company.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills well versed in English & Hindi Language.
- Good team player
- Diligence in maintaining accuracy & precision in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance.
- Capability to lead finance team, fostering collaboration & achieving departmental objectives.
- Financials acumen important
- Able to grasp the business matrices very quickly and work closely with the business teams
- Proficient in accounts & MIS
- Ability to interact with outsiders and be a problem solver.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
