**Welcome to Global Accounts Payable Project Team**
You will be a member of Accounts Payable Project Team based out of Bangalore supporting the Accounts Payable Projects and Operations globally. The Accounts Payable team is part of the global Corporate Shared Services (CSS) team

**In this role you’ll make an impact by**:
Your key areas of responsibility will be
- Leading Accounts Payable Projects and achieving project objectives
- Supporting external consultants in the Projects with strong stakeholder management skills
- Participation in projects and initiatives undertaken by the team to improve effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery
- Creating transparency through reporting
- Initiating and supporting optimization initiatives in the process based on insights
- Supporting and guiding the team by following a structured approach in problem solving and analytics in Accounts Payable operations

Service delivery and operating model for team with strong focus on planning and prioritization and customer satisfaction

**To succeed you must hold**:
Master’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration, OR any equivalent degree OR PMP and have 8+ years of multi-national experience within a finance domain
- Strong understanding and at least 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong project management skills with at least 3+ years of experience in optimizing and standardizing Accounts Payable processes
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of SAP
- Strong working knowledge and experience in Open Text (VIM) is preferred
- Should be able to work independently and is responsible and able to deliver accurately and timely
- Strong leadership, people management, coaching and feedback skills
- Working cross functionally across different Finance teams
- Excellent at relationship management and relationship building supported by a strong customer orientation/ customer centric
- Strong communication and presentation skills both written and oral
- You are positive, embracing change and being innovative in finding new perspectives. With many contacts in the position, it is important you build sustainable relationships, engage others, and communicate with impact
- You are result driven and appreciate working on multiple tasks at a time
- You have a desire for a fast-paced learning curve, and thrive on working independently in new areas
- You should have worked on emerging technologies - a person with strong digital and automation skills will be preferred.
- You approach challenges in a structured and analytical way - you can work detailed but still communicate the holistic picture clearly

**Location**:
This job will be located at Bangalore with Hybrid working (3 days in office and 2 days work from home in a week)
