**Key Responsibilities**
**Accounting & Finance**
- Maintain books of accounts in TALLY.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Process payroll including PT, PF, ESIC, MLWF, and TDS.
- Manage vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and petty cash transactions.
- Prepare MIS reports, monthly/quarterly statements, and audit support documents.
- Monitor company expenses and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Provide financial insights to management for business decision-making.
**Administration & Office Support**
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, travel bookings, and courier services.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and official communications.
- Oversee housekeeping, facility management, and workplace hygiene checks.
**You’re a Great Fit If You**
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Have 2-4 years of experience in Indian accounting & compliance.
- Proficiency in TALLY, with bonus skills in Zoho Books or Odoo ERP.
- Familiarity with HRMS/Payroll software (Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
