**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training & Development**: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations tailored to specific operational needs.
- **Conduct Training Sessions**: Facilitate engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees on processes, systems, and best practices.
- **Needs Assessment**: Collaborate with management to assess training needs and identify skill gaps to improve operational efficiency.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; adjust training programs accordingly.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and tools.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new training methodologies and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and outcomes; prepare reports for management review.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of BPO operations and industry standards.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in training software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
