**Job Brief**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to develop job descriptions and interview criteria

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a technical recruiter with a strong track record of hiring technical talent
- Expertise in using ATS tools such as Workday, Taleo, Recruitee, Zoho or similar tools
- Ability to handle high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve hiring goals
- Experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing methods

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
