Job Title: Four Wheeler Car Showroom Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit
- Advise customers on necessary service repairs and options available
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure that repairs are completed on time
- Keep customers informed of the progress of their service repairs
- Answer customer questions and address concerns about their vehicle
- Follow up with customers after service repairs are completed to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and service techniques

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 to 6 months of experience in the automobile industry
- Freshers with a degree or diploma in automobiles are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostic equipment and tools
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
