Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements.
  • Prepare accurate job cards and explain service details, costs, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with technicians and monitor progress of service jobs.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status.
  • Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service/repairs.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate when required.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in customer handling role in automobile industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
