Job Description:
Are you passionate about motorcycles and scooters? Do you have a knack for customer service and technical knowledge? We are looking for a Service Advisor specializing in Yamaha bikes and scooters to join our team at CAG Yamaha. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in diagnosing motorcycle or scooter issues.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service bay efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and coordinate repair work.
- Keep detailed records of service transactions, including invoices and service reports.
- Educate customers on proper maintenance and care for their Yamaha vehicles.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tools and equipment.
- Stay updated with Yamaha's latest products, technologies, and service procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote service packages and upsell additional services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Yamaha bikes and scooters, including technical specifications and maintenance requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer systems and service management software.
- Certification or training in motorcycle mechanics is a plus.
- A valid motorcycle license is preferred.
