**Position : Service Advisor**

**Need Experience in Commercial vehicle or Passenger vehicle.**

**Work Timing - 08.55 Am to 06.00 PM**
- ( *being in customer driven industry, flexible to stretch hours)

**Work Location - Thennampalayam, Coimbatore**

**Role** - Front Office Management (customer experience)

**Reporting to** - Works Manager

**Prime Responsibilities**

Greeting & Attending to Customer

Check the vehicle and listening to customer voice and recording the type of repair

Preparing Manual and Electronic Job Card as per SOP

Providing the required details to Floor Workshop and to liaise and schedule as per the need of the hour

To give professional and fair communication to the customer.

To handle customer grievances and preferences accordingly and to look out for amicable solution

Providing Proactive information to works manager with respect to customer complaints if any

To Treat customers gently and aim for highest satisfaction index

Ensure proper billing for the works performed

Ensure invoice and payment from customers and report to record the same.

Follow OEM and dealers process to enrich customer satisfaction and dealer profitability
