**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- **Greet customers upon arrival, listen to their vehicle concerns, and provide professional advice on service options.**:

- **Clearly explain service recommendations and repair needs to customers, ensuring they understand the scope and cost of the work.**

**Service Coordination**:

- **Schedule service appointments, manage work orders, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of services.**:

- **Track the progress of each vehicle through the service process, providing updates to customers as necessary.**

**Diagnosis and Recommendations**:

- **Review and interpret diagnostic information from technicians to accurately assess and communicate vehicle issues to customers.**:

- **Recommend additional services or repairs based on vehicle inspection and manufacturer guidelines.**

**Documentation and Records**:

- **Maintain accurate and detailed records of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle history.**:

- **Prepare and process service invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment processing.**

**Customer Relations**:

- **Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.**:

- **Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.**

**Sales and Upselling**:

- **Promote and explain additional services, warranties, and products that may benefit the customer.**:

- **Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the service department.**

**Team Collaboration**:

- **Work closely with technicians, parts department, and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.**:

- **Assist in training new service advisors and support the team as needed.**

**Administrative Duties**:

- **Manage service department records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.**:

- **Assist with managing inventory and ordering parts when necessary.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred.**:

- **Experience: At least 1-10 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Pay**:Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
