**Job Title: Country Sales Manager - Material Handling Equipment**
**Location: Netaji Subhash Road, Kolkata**
**Salary Range: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month**
**Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Material Handling Equipment Sales**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in Material Handling Equipment.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key client accounts.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with corporate clients and channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum **5 years of proven sales experience** in Material Handling Equipment or related industry.
- Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead sales teams and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Graduate degree in Business / Engineering; MBA preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
