**Salon Field Sales Executive - Cosmetics Perfume & Haircare**

**Location**: Starting from Delhi / NCR, followed by Mumbai, Bangalore, Tier 1 & 2 Cities India

**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales growth by visiting salons, building relationships, and promoting our range of cosmetic, perfume, and haircare products.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, product demonstration, negotiation, to closing deals with salon clients.
- Leverage your existing network to quickly onboard new salon partners and expand our market presence.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities within the salon industry.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive field visits and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Provide insights and feedback from salon partners to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities to represent the brand and generate leads.

**Requirements**:

- Mandatory prior experience in selling cosmetics, perfumes, or haircare products directly to salons.
- Demonstrated success in field sales with an existing network of salon contacts across the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Should have own vehicle (2 wheeler) to travel. Petrol reimbursement on actuals.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients and close deals.
- Ready to join immediately and hit the ground running with mínimal onboarding.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual 12 Months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
