We are hiring a proactive and people-friendly **Guest Relations & Sales Executive** with strong **outbound sales** skills to join our growing team at **Shamrock Unisex Salon & Aesthetics**. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with people, closing deals, and creating lasting client relationships while being the welcoming face of our premium salon.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet walk-in clients, assist with appointments, and ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Promote and upsell salon services, memberships, and product packages.
- Drive **outbound sales** by following up with leads, cold calling, and reaching out to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Generate local partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach to bring in new business.
- Maintain CRM records and coordinate with the salon team for smooth service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or outbound sales (preferably in salons, spas, or lifestyle services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Confident in cold calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Presentable, outgoing personality with a sales-first mindset.
