**Job Title**:
Telesales Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and present company products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing customer needs.
- Identify customer requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure conversion and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities.
- Handle customer objections effectively and turn them into sales opportunities.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persuasive and confident in presenting products/services.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software or related tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Time management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
