**Job Title: Customer Service Executive**
**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree (Any field)
**Salary**: ₹50,000 - ₹55,000
**Experience**: 3-5 years
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure problem resolution and satisfaction.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to provide the best support.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time and resolution rate.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred but not required).
