- Order Coordination: Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customized boxes to clients.
- Vendor Management: Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure proper scheduling and execution of deliveries. Address any issues that may arise during the process to ensure smooth operations.
- Delivery Partner Coordination: Collaborate with delivery partners to confirm delivery schedules, resolve any delays or issues, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Client Communication: Act as the point of contact for clients regarding their orders, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues related to delivery.
- Tracking and Monitoring: Monitor the status of all ongoing orders, track shipments, and ensure the timely arrival of goods at the destination.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any logístical issues, delays, or complications that may occur to ensure mínimal disruption to deliveries.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery schedules, and vendor interactions. Ensure all paperwork related to logistics and shipments is complete and up to date.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
