**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional **F&B Service Associate** to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. As an F&B Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high service standards, and creating a welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring guests' satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
- Set up tables, buffets, or event spaces as required.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize revenue.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not mandatory.
- A passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage products is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
