**QUALIFICATION**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.

**EXPERIENCE**:
1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in administration.

2. Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

3. Basic problem-solving skills to address day-to-day administrative challenges.

4. Excellent language skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

5. Proficient in MS Office Suite with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Flexible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. **Housekeeping Management**: Prepare and implement a comprehensive housekeeping schedule for both indoor and outdoor areas. Monitor cleanliness levels daily and identify areas for improvement by streamlining the processes. Accountable for office upkeep including office, stairways, lobbies. Entrances, pantry, cafeteria, gardening, pest control, etc.

2. **CLM**: To manage and maintain the contract Labour team, filling gaps as per the business need, daily in touch with Vendor and to report the same to HR superior.

3. **Canteen Supervision**: Oversee the Savera Canteen, ensuring high hygiene standards, food quality, and a diverse menu.

4. **Employee & Visitor vehicle Parking**: Provide right arrangement for vehicle parking. Maintain the vehicle parking area.

5. **Washroom Maintenance**: Ensure high cleanliness standards in washrooms, checking all taps for functionality.

6. **Documentation**: Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofreading various documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

7. **Office Operations Support**: Assist in daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workspace. Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed, and coordinating with vendors.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
