The candidate will be responsible for the overall execution of civil works — ensuring adherence to design, schedule, quality, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:For Engineers (5–10 Years Experience):Execute civil works (RCC, structural, finishing) as per drawings and specifications.Supervise daily site activities, monitor contractor performance, and ensure target achievement.Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), concrete pour plans, and material requisitions.Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, and planning teams for smooth site operations.Support quantity estimation, billing, and documentation for work progress.Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during execution.Report daily progress and assist in micro-level planning.For Senior Engineers / Leads (10–15 Years Experience):Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for major civil packages.Plan, schedule, and monitor execution activities to meet project timelines.Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings; resolve design/execution issues.Coordinate with design, procurement, and client representatives for approvals and technical clarifications.Oversee subcontractor management, cost control, and resource optimization.Conduct review meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure milestone achievement.Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of safety and quality.Key Skills & Competencies:In-depth knowledge of civil construction techniques and quality standards.Strong understanding of drawings, BOQ, and specifications.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera).Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.Exposure to industrial, infrastructure, or heavy civil projects preferred.Qualification:B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)M.E. / M.Tech (preferred for senior positions)
