Job Title: Execution – Civil Engineer Department: Construction / Project Execution Location: Dahej, Gujarat Job Duration: One Year Experience: 5–10 years / 10–15 years Industry: Infrastructure / EPC / Industrial / Building Projects Job Overview: We are looking for skilled and experienced Civil Engineers for project execution roles at our client site. The candidate will be responsible for the overall execution of civil works — ensuring adherence to design, schedule, quality, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: For Engineers (5–10 Years Experience): - Execute civil works (RCC, structural, finishing) as per drawings and specifications. - Supervise daily site activities, monitor contractor performance, and ensure target achievement. - Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), concrete pour plans, and material requisitions. - Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, and planning teams for smooth site operations. - Support quantity estimation, billing, and documentation for work progress. - Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during execution. - Report daily progress and assist in micro-level planning. For Senior Engineers / Leads (10–15 Years Experience): - Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for major civil packages. - Plan, schedule, and monitor execution activities to meet project timelines. - Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings; resolve design/execution issues. - Coordinate with design, procurement, and client representatives for approvals and technical clarifications. - Oversee subcontractor management, cost control, and resource optimization. - Conduct review meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure milestone achievement. - Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of safety and quality. Key Skills & Competencies: - In-depth knowledge of civil construction techniques and quality standards. - Strong understanding of drawings, BOQ, and specifications. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera). - Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. - Exposure to industrial, infrastructure, or heavy civil projects preferred. Qualification: - B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) - M.E. / M.Tech (preferred for senior positions)
