The candidate will be responsible for the overall execution of civil works — ensuring adherence to design, schedule, quality, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:For Engineers (5–10 Years Experience):- Execute civil works (RCC, structural, finishing) as per drawings and specifications.- Supervise daily site activities, monitor contractor performance, and ensure target achievement.- Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), concrete pour plans, and material requisitions.- Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, and planning teams for smooth site operations.- Support quantity estimation, billing, and documentation for work progress.- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during execution.- Report daily progress and assist in micro-level planning.For Senior Engineers / Leads (10–15 Years Experience):- Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for major civil packages.- Plan, schedule, and monitor execution activities to meet project timelines.- Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings; resolve design/execution issues.- Coordinate with design, procurement, and client representatives for approvals and technical clarifications.- Oversee subcontractor management, cost control, and resource optimization.- Conduct review meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure milestone achievement.- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of safety and quality.Key Skills & Competencies:- In-depth knowledge of civil construction techniques and quality standards.- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQ, and specifications.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera).- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.- Exposure to industrial, infrastructure, or heavy civil projects preferred.Qualification:- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)- M.E. / M.Tech (preferred for senior positions)
