Job Description:Main Responsibilities? Preparation of yearly production calendar by coordinating with Sr. Manager & globalproduction planning team.? Preparation of monthly production planning & planning of day-to-day production activitiesto maintain production schedule.? Sharing of production plan to all concern departments.? Achieving the production target as per the requirements and ensure the timely dispatch ofthe product.? Maintaining the RM & Utility BOM within budget.? Maintain department expenses with budget? Ensure that clear written instructions are given subordinates regarding production plans,operating procedures, or any other instructions to be followed.? Responsible for production related entries on day-to-day basis in D-365 system. Intrenalstock taking on monthly basis to ensure physical VS actual stock of production relatedinventories.? Planning of team development through training need identification and by arranging on jobor classroom training.? Prepare and approve shift schedule. Manage work distribution for better manpowerutilization.? Maintain contract workers with budgetd/approved number and overtime withing compliancelimit of less than 50hr in a quarter.? Prepare batch process record, management of change document & SOPs. Maintain ISOdocuments.? Prepare and review Aspect Impact Register, Hazop analysis, PSSR for new product startup inplant.? Maintain EHS related requirements like Housekeeping, process waste handling/management & use of PPEs/safety equipmets.? Trouble shoot operational problem and seek assistance from other departments, if necessary.Co-ordinate with P&D and quality department whenever quality problem arises or rawmaterial to change in product.? Responsible for proper utilization of plant and machineries to maintain better plantoccupancy.? Co-ordination with maintenance department for preventive maintenance of equipmentaccording to schedule.? Review and prepare MIS of production in every month.? Responsible for demonstration of new products in coordination with PD and productionteam.? Demonstration of new product in Pilot plant, whenever require.
