*Key Responsibilities:*
- Execute trades in equity and share markets based on research, analysis, and market trends.
- Monitor market conditions and make real-time trading decisions.
- Conduct fundamental and technical analysis of stocks and market movements.
- Develop and implement trading strategies to maximize returns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial news, trends, and economic data.
- Manage trading portfolios and evaluate performance.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve trading strategies.

*Qualifications:*

*For Freshers:*
- Bachelor's degree
- Basic understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in equity and share trading.
- Strong track record of successful trading strategies and performance.
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis tools and trading platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills.
