We are looking for a Backend Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The ideal candidate will support critical backend operations, ensure smooth workflow across departments, and contribute to efficient data and process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Maintain and manage internal databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategy, process optimization, and performance improvement.
  • Process Management: Develop, improve, and implement efficient processes to support backend operations and enhance productivity.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and guidelines for internal reference.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales and Operations—to ensure seamless communication and coordination of backend activities.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on backend operations performance, highlighting key trends, improvement areas, and optimization opportunities.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the accuracy and quality of data and processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize relevant software tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency and streamline backend processes.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel & Word – Mandatory).
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms and backend automation tools.
  • Good knowledge of internet research and online information sourcing.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in backend operations, data management, or data analysis.
  • Proficiency in two languages:
  • English & Bengali or
  • English & Hindi or
  • Bengali & Hindi
