**Job Overview**

As an **Affiliate Marketing Executive** at Zell Education, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach by building and nurturing partnerships with influencers, college representatives, and other affiliates. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and motivated individual who can drive brand growth through strategic collaborations and effectively communicate with various partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Influencer and Affiliate Partnership Management**:

- Identify and onboard the right influencers, affiliates, and creators to collaborate with Zell Education.
- Conduct outreach to potential partners and negotiate collaboration deals to maximize ROI.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, college SPOCs (Single Points of Contact), and other affiliates to ensure a smooth partnership experience.
- **Content and Script Development**:

- Create rough scripts and content outlines for influencers and creators to ensure alignment with Zell Education’s messaging and brand tone.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to craft engaging and informative material for lead nurturing and other marketing campaigns.
- **Project Management and Communication**:

- Set and communicate deadlines with influencers and partners to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.
- Prepare and manage Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to formalize agreements with partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that content and partnership initiatives align with overall marketing strategies.
- **Lead Nurturing and Content Creation**:

- Design and execute content-driven strategies to nurture leads generated from collaborations.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with influencers, college representatives, and internal teams.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, partnerships, and deadlines efficiently.
- **Excel and Data Analysis**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, track ROI, and manage collaboration records.
- **Content Writing**: Ability to draft compelling content scripts and outlines tailored to various audiences, from influencers to students and professionals.
- **Design Skills**: Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) for creating visual content, and familiarity with social media content formats.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
