**Customer Service Representative**

**ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE**

TITLE: Order entry
BUSINESS: CIRCOR Industrial Pumps EMEA & APAC
LOCATION: Thane, Maharashtra, India
DIRECT REPORTING: Functional sales leader

**POSITION DETAILS**
Position Summary
Order entry of fore market pumps

**Principal Activities**:

- processing of pump and spare part orders
- selection of the complete delivery package
- order entry, via the CRM into SAP system
- order tracking and export control
- coordination with internal and external interfaces
- clarification of technical and commercial issues
- coordination of order documentation
- follow-up of orders, dealing with warranty claims

JOB REQUIREMENTS

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- able to read, write, analyze, and interpret general business and technical documents in English and German language
- good technical understanding
- very good SAP R3 SD knowledge
- experience with integrated CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
- Team-capable, self-motivated, resilient, customer-focused

**Education & Experience**:

- Education - Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 2 years professional experience in order processing of industrial goods
