**Job Description: Customer Service Representative**

**Issue Resolution**: Listen attentively to customers to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions or guidance to resolve problems effectively.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers and address their questions effectively.

**Problem Solving**: Analyze complex situations, think critically, and adapt solutions to meet individual customer needs while adhering to company guidelines.

**Empathy and Patience**: Display empathy and patience while interacting with customers, showing understanding and compassion to build trust and rapport.

**Order Processing**: Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, exchanges, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback in the company's CRM system.

**Communication**: Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve issues that require further attention, and relay customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,840.51 - ₹34,347.93 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
