Customized Conveyor Systems Manufacturing Company
- Oversee daily operations of the mechanical assembly and fabrication team.
- Coordinate production schedules, allocate resources, and manage workflows to meet deadlines.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for customized conveyor systems.
- Ensure the accuracy of mechanical installations and alignments.
- Perform quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the mechanical team to enhance productivity.
- Monitor team performance and address any issues promptly.
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues during assembly or testing.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to implement changes when required.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain workplace safety.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, CAD drawings, and mechanical schematics.
- Strong understanding of mechanical assembly techniques, welding, and fabrication.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
