**Roles and Responsibilities: Tele caller (sales)**
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service
- Answer questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Complete monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Take and process order in an accurate manner.
- Keep records of calls, sales & note useful information.
- Ability to learn about the products and services
- Provide information about our Ayurvedic products and services
- Guide customers towards suitable products for their well-being
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for future reference
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 6 months experience with proof

- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Strong Inbound / Outbound call handling Experience.
- Should be open minded and ready to learn.
- Patience and ability to stay calm under pressure.
