**Job Description: Sales and Telecaller Executive**

**Position Title: Sales and Telecaller Executive**

**Location**: Belapur CBD, NAVI Mumbai.

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate servicos.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and prospects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into actual sales.
- Assist customers in product inquiries, provide detailed information, and close sales effectively.
- Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Telecalling Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers to introduce products/services.
- Answer inbound calls, providing detailed information about services to potential customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record customer details, issues, and interactions in given software for future reference.
- Follow up with leads and customers as needed, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience**: Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
**- Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
**- Sales Acumen**: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a goal-oriented approach.
**- Customer Focused**: Ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
**- Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using MS Office, and other sales software.
**- Organized**: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Languages**:Proficiency in English and [other languages if applicable] is preferred.
**- Experience** **in** [**Healthcare**]: Familiarity with Healthcare knowledge, ed-tech or paramedical fields would be advantageous.
