We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Telecaller who will also be trained to provide physiotherapy support to our customers. As part of the team, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, answering inquiries, and promoting the company's range of products. Additionally, you will be assisting in basic physiotherapy exercises and guidance to clients based on our products and their health needs. The company will provide full training in both telecalling and physiotherapy procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Telecalling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote and explain our range of pharmaceutical products, including diabetic-friendly foods, snacks, and medicines.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our products, prices, and benefits.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, follow up on leads, and update customer databases.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve any concerns or issues efficiently and professionally.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Physiotherapy Support**:

- Undergo comprehensive training provided by the company in basic physiotherapy techniques related to diabetes, arthritis, orthopedics, and general well-being.
- Assist customers with basic physiotherapy exercises, stretches, and mobility exercises, based on their needs and in alignment with company products.
- Provide guidance on pain management techniques, ergonomics, and health practices for better physical health.
- Record patient progress and provide reports to the senior physiotherapy team, if required.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Minimum Degree or Certification in Physiotherapy (BPT or equivalent) is a plus.
- **Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a pleasant phone manner.
- Basic knowledge of physiotherapy or a keen interest in learning is essential.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-centric approach to handling customer queries.
- Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to undergo training in both telecalling and physiotherapy techniques.
- Passion for helping others and a genuine interest in promoting health and wellness.
