We are hiring a proactive and persuasive **Telecaller (Female)** to handle inbound/outbound calls, convert inquiries into admissions, schedule institute appointments, manage batches, and contribute to sales targets. The role is crucial in driving student enrollments and supporting operations.

**Job Title**: Telecaller (Female)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Location: Aundh, Pune**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutes to explain and promote our courses
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate course-related information
- Convert leads into admissions through consistent follow-ups and convincing communication
- Schedule appointments with institutes for the field sales team
- Support in managing batches - share joining details, coordinate schedules, and ensure attendance
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions in the CRM system
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams for smooth admissions and batch planning
- Collect feedback and report key concerns to the management
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales/enrollment target

**Required Qualifications**:

- Must be Graduate
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, or inside sales (preferably in education or EdTech)
- Strong verbal communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or Google Sheets
- Confident, polite, and target-driven approach
