**Responsibilities**:
- Manage INVENTORY COST AND AVOID LEAKEGES
- Adopt SOP for all products
- Strategies and planning on monthly Sales and Cost control of the Café
- Inventory & Stock management on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Schedule purchases and vendor management
- GST filing
- Ensure discipline of staff members
- Managing roaster of employees
- Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
- Train employees on proper use of equipments
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
- Billing and cash management
- Petpooja software management
- Handling calls
- Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time as per requirement
**Experience**:
