Job Requirement:

- Previous work experience (minimum 1 year) as a credit controller.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to deal with problematic clients.
- Willingness to work from office and in UK Shifts (9:00 am to 5:00 pm UK time)

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensuring payments are on track to be paid within the agreed terms.
- Negotiating payment plans.
- Liaising with client managers & accounts team for timely resolution of client queries.
- Sending invoices.
- Establish and maintain regular communications with clients to facilitate periodic payments.
- Keeping detailed records of collection activities and conversations.
- Assisting internal finance with administration & processing tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
