Key Responsibilities:
2) Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects, implement fixes, and deploy releases.
3) Provide 24/7 on-call / Physical support for critical production issues.
5) Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
6) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, and Business).
7) Implement automation scripts for repetitive tasks.
8) Ensure Security compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:
Technical Skills:
3) Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) will be added advantage.
4) Experience with database management systems (Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
5) Understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL).

Soft Skills:
1) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
2) Effective communication and collaboration.
3) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4) Strong attention to detail.
5) Good in documentation.

Education: BE,BCA,MCA ,BSC IT, MSC IT.
Certifications: ITIL Foundation, Redhat Certification

Total Experience: 2-6 years
