**1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up**
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective parents and respond to inbound admission inquiries.
- Maintain a calling log with details of conversations, follow-up dates, and outcomes.
- Convert inquiries into school visits and ensure proper follow-up until closure.

**2. Admission Counselling**
- Provide accurate and complete information about the school, curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Counsel parents effectively to address their queries and concerns, building trust and interest.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for school visits, meetings with admission counselors, and assessments.

**3. Database Management**
- Maintain and update the inquiry database (ERP / Excel) regularly with new leads and status updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely follow-ups as per the admission calendar.
- Track inquiry-to-admission conversion ratios and report regularly.

**4. Communication & Customer Service**
- Handle calls and messages professionally, maintaining the school’s image and tone.
- Ensure parents have a smooth and positive experience throughout the inquiry and admission process.

**5. Reporting & Coordination**
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, inquiries generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the Admission In-Charge / Marketing team for leads, events, and campaigns.
- Share feedback and suggestions received from parents to relevant departments.

**6. Target Achievement**
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets as assigned.
- Support the school in meeting its admission goals for the session.

**7. Event Support (if applicable)**
- Support admission drives, parent orientations, and open house events through calling campaigns.
- Ensure maximum participation and proper communication with parents before events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
